This is the spice blend I was waiting for! I took a cheap chicken leg, cut the tendon on the bottom and scored it all around. I then rubbed in a generous amount of Benny’s Bold Zesty & Spicy seasoning. I added a little olive oil to the pan and into a 450degree oven for about 15 min. I turned the heat down to 350 and added a knob of butter and a little kosher salt after tasting the oil so I knew how the spice mix was going to be on a seasoned level. A pinch of salt and it was perfect. Basted the leg for five min of and on and that was it. Man it was juicy, a little heat, a little sweet and gave the chicken beautiful color. This is a blend that I would like to work off !<\/p>\n
Enjoy<\/p>\n
